"This album truly reveals the beautiful artistic evolution of a young lady with undeniable talent! Certainly one of the best composed, orchestrated and original pop albums created of late. A fusion of classic, celtic and modern melody & instrumentation, creatively balanced with a voice that evokes emotion, imagination and wonder. Nolwenn doesn't "impose" her voice here (god knows, she's got the pipes to do so), but rather subtly creates a real harmony with the music. Just another instrument in perfect nuance with each piece. Yet, you still feel those extraordinarily warm, magic tones that makes her unique. Certainly, listening to it transports you. It's one of those albums that you want to hear from beginning to end. One doesn't need to scream at the top of their lungs, or go overboard with distracting vocal acrobatics to demonstrate talent. Pleased to hear somebody who doesn't need to feed their ego, but is intent upon using her voice and interpretive skills to arrive at something lasting and meaningful. Applying her own lyrics to half the songs, she's created a very personal & moving piece of work. With this progress, her future happily looks very bright! Probably the best kept secret in the business today, at least in the States! "Melusine" & "J'aimais tant l'aimer" offer an incredible listening experience and finish to this opus."
